Chocolate Pudding

Overview of the Recipe

This is similar to the recipe in the book for Chocolate Mousse but it is more of a pudding consistency.  This is so healthy that it can even be eaten for breakfast!  The ingredients are simple yet delicious.

Ingredients List

  • 2 avocados
  • 4 tbsp raw cacao powder (or regular cocoa powder)
  • 1/2 can full fat coconut milk
  • 2 scoops Grass-Fed Whey Protein - Chocolate

Cooking Directions

Put everything into a blender or use a hand mixer to mix everything together thoroughly.  Chill and enjoy.

This is great served with fresh berries or sprinkled with chopped nuts
