Hormones (Women)

A hormone imbalance is caused primarily by the incorrect relationship between progesterone and estrogen levels in the body. These two female hormones exist in a delicate balance. Variations in that balance can have a dramatic affect on health, including symptoms such as memory lapses, excessive hunger, headaches, low sex drive, bloating, urinary tract infection, fatigue, and anxiety. The amounts of female hormones that the body produces from month to month can vary, depending on factors such as stress, nutrition, exercise and most importantly -- ovulation or the lack of ovulation.

Therefore with the Maximized Living approach we look at the body to see if the body is able to produce the proper hormones.  More importantly we do comprehensive testing and scans of the Nervous system to make sure the brain is identifying the foods properly and sending the proper messages back to the gut for proper digestion. If nerve supply is diminished at all it must be restored so the body can heal at 100%.  Other aspects include advanced workshops to teach you how to de-stress your body and move your body back towards health during your recovery.
