Restless Legs

Between five and ten percent of Americans suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), a condition which leads to the uncontrollable urge to move the limbs. RLS is caused by a disorder in the nervous system and can affect people of any age. The symptoms of RLS range from mild to intolerable and include strange sensations in the legs and can result in walking discomfort, stress, and sleep deprivation.  The medical approach gives opiods and anti-convulsants whose side effects are nausea and vomiting, drowsiness, dry mouth, and constipation, worse than the restless legs.

The Maximized Living approach does not cover up the symptom but actually finds and treats the cause of the problem.  Most often this includes a scan of your spine and nervous system using state of the art technology to check for diminished nerve supply.  If nerve supply is diminished at all it must be restored so the body can heal and function at 100%.  Other aspects include advanced workshops to teach you how to fuel your body and move your body back towards health during your recovery.
