Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or IBS, affects 58 million Americans, mostly women. IBS is an intestinal disorder that causes diarrhea, cramps, and constipation.  The medical approach includes medications that include laxatives, antidiarrheals, antispasmodics and antidepressants.  All these treatments have side effects of their own which will then have to be dealt with, so the patient ends up trading one symptom for a different one.

The Maximized Living approach does not cover up the symptom but actually finds and treats the cause of the problem.  Most often this includes a scan of your spine and nervous system using state of the art technology to check for diminished nerve supply.  If nerve supply is diminished at all it must be restored so the body can heal and coordinate your body properly.  Other aspects include advanced workshops to teach you how to fuel your body and move your body back towards health during your recovery.
